2025 THRIVE Mentorship Program Applications Now Open!
In partnership with EQ AUSTIN, the THRIVE Mentorship Program is designed to support diverse voices in the Austin, TX music scene by providing young songwriters (age 18-26) with opportunities to grow as artists and build community.
Each of the selected mentees will receive three 1:1 lessons with a Professional Music Mentor, one 1:1 mentorship session with Daydream Believer Creative, three music industry workshops, a stipend of $50 for each session you attend, a recording of an original song produced at a professional Austin studio and an opportunity to perform at a professional Austin music venue.
The Song Rise Sessions is an artfully curated concert celebrating Austin-based nationally emerging acts such as Latin indie-pop artists Luna Luna and Midnight Navy and the incredible rapper Blakchyl.
It’s also a showcase featuring young artists each performing an original song. These performances are the culmination of Song Rise Art’s THRIVE Mentorship Program, which provides songwriting classes, mentorship, access to industry professionals, recording experience, performance opportunities and barrier-eliminating support such as stipends
